Establish Good Habits


“Good habits, once established are just as hard to break as bad habits.” –Robert Puller

To quit bad habits establish good ones.  Instead of starting the day stressed, roll out of bed, get on your knees, and spend 10 minutes in prayer and supplication.  Why sporadically spend money on eating out?  Prepare meals and save money.  You can end the day engrossed in email, or you can open your Bible and lull yourself to sleep in Psalms.
