Faith Without Works

“Nothing ever comes to one, that is worth having, except as a result of hard work.”  -Booker T. Washington

The Bible says, “Faith without works is dead.”  To grow in your relationship with Jesus you must allow the Holy Spirit to work through you.  Sometimes you may find yourself praying when you’d rather sleep, or loving someone who betrayed you, or tipping the waitress more than 15% because God is good.  Friends, let’s get to work!

Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.  -James 2:17 (KJV)
