Lonely, So Lonely

“One travels more usefully when alone, because he reflects more.”-Thomas Jefferson

There’s a song that goes, “Lonely, so lonely… I had nobody.”  Fear correlates with the feeling of forlorn.  Sometimes God tears us apart from those who distract us from Him so that He can reintroduce us to Himself.  There may be a reason you’re alone today in this present moment: there’s not a single person that can help you to a fuller relationship with God but you.

Come near to God and he will come near to you (James 4:8, NIV).
